Bonus Terms

These General Bonus Terms apply to all promotional offers, bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins, complimentary funds, loyalty rewards and other promotional benefits made available through the Casino.

Individual promotions may be subject to additional rules displayed on the relevant promotional page, in the cashier, in the Bonus Shop or in other promotional materials. Where the specific rules of a promotion differ from these General Bonus Terms, the specific promotional rules shall take priority, except for the Maximum Cashout rule set out below, which applies to all bonuses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, each bonus offer is limited to one eligible participant per:

• person and immediate family or household;
• residential or postal address;
• email address;
• telephone number;
• IP address or internet connection;
• player account;
• credit card, debit card, bank account, e-wallet or other payment account;
• electronic device, including a computer, mobile phone or tablet.

The registration or use of duplicate or additional accounts is prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, we may suspend or close the relevant accounts, cancel active bonuses and void winnings obtained through the duplicate accounts or associated promotional activity.

Each player must register and operate their account personally. A player may not transfer, share or provide access to their account to another person, including a minor.

Bonuses are generally available to eligible registered players unless a promotion is restricted by country, territory, residence, location, payment method, player segment or another eligibility requirement.

A player who resides in, is physically located in or accesses the Website from a jurisdiction excluded from a particular promotion is not entitled to claim or use that promotion.

Bonuses are provided for genuine recreational play. Players must not misuse promotional offers, exploit promotional conditions or participate in activity intended primarily to obtain an unfair financial advantage from a bonus.

Where we reasonably determine that a player has abused a bonus, acted in bad faith or used a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, we may:

• prevent the player from receiving future promotions;
• cancel an active bonus;
• void winnings generated from bonus funds;
• exclude the player from selected or all promotional campaigns;
• suspend or close the player account where the circumstances justify such action.

These measures may be applied while the bonus is being wagered or after wagering has been completed if the relevant breach is identified later.

Unless the rules of a specific promotion state otherwise, all bonus activation periods, availability periods, expiry times and promotional schedules are calculated according to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

A player may not use betting patterns, game strategies or coordinated activity designed primarily to complete wagering requirements while minimizing ordinary gaming risk or securing a predictable financial advantage from a bonus.

Where we have reasonable grounds to conclude that a player's activity was structured primarily to exploit a promotional advantage rather than for genuine gameplay, we may cancel the bonus and void winnings connected with that activity.

Examples of activity that may be treated as irregular or abusive include, but are not limited to:

• placing bets in a pattern intended to guarantee or substantially reduce the risk of loss;
• coordinating bets between multiple accounts or players;
• using opposite, offsetting or low-risk betting patterns;
• exploiting game errors, technical defects or incorrect promotional settings;
• using automated systems, scripts, bots or other programmed tools;
• intentionally manipulating the order in which real-money and bonus-funded gameplay is completed;
• repeatedly claiming promotions in a manner contrary to the one-person or one-household restrictions.

Deposit bonuses may be subject to conditions including, but not limited to:

• a minimum qualifying deposit;
• a maximum bonus amount;
• wagering requirements;
• a maximum permitted bet while wagering;
• eligible and excluded games;
• game contribution percentages;
• a bonus validity or expiry period;
• a Maximum Win that may be converted into the player's real-money balance.

The applicable requirements will be shown in the specific promotion rules. A player is responsible for reviewing those rules before activating or using the bonus.

Unless the terms of a specific promotion state a different limit, the maximum permitted bet while an active bonus is being wagered is:

• EUR 5 per bet for accounts operated in euros; or
• GBP 5 per bet for accounts operated in pounds sterling.

The maximum bet restriction applies to the total value of the bet, including any additional bet feature, gamble feature, side bet, multiplier, ante bet or other optional game function.

Splitting a wager into several actions or using game features to exceed the maximum permitted exposure may also be treated as a breach of this restriction.

Winnings generated through bets exceeding the applicable maximum may be voided.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are provided on a non-sticky basis.

Where a player's balance contains both real-money funds and bonus funds, real-money funds will ordinarily be used first. Bonus funds will be used after the available real-money balance has been exhausted.

A withdrawal cannot be requested while there is active bonus present until the applicable wagering requirements have been completed or the bonus has been cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

If the bonus balance is lost during gameplay, the bonus will be treated as exhausted and will no longer remain available.

Each bonus may have a limited validity period. If the wagering requirements have not been completed before the bonus expires, the remaining bonus funds and any winnings connected to those bonus funds will be removed from the player's account.

The player is responsible for completing the wagering requirements before the stated expiry time.

An active bonus may be cancelled automatically where the balance connected to that bonus falls to EUR 0.20, GBP 0.20 or less, depending on the currency of the account.

This provision applies only to funds linked to the relevant bonus, including:

• a qualifying deposit combined with bonus funds; or
• bonus funds issued without a deposit.

It does not apply to unrelated real-money funds originating from a separate deposit or to funds associated with another promotion.

Each promotional offer specifies a Maximum Win in its individual bonus terms. The Maximum Win represents the maximum amount of bonus-related winnings that may be converted from bonus funds into the player's real-money balance upon successful completion of the applicable wagering requirements.

Any bonus-related winnings exceeding the applicable Maximum Win shall be automatically forfeited before the remaining amount is transferred to the player's real-money balance.

The total amount that may be withdrawn from funds originating from any cash bonus, cashback, reload bonus, welcome bonus, VIP bonus, personal bonus, loyalty reward, Redeemable Complimentary Points, tournament prize, lottery prize, free cash bonus or any other cash-based promotional offer shall not exceed ten (10) times the original bonus amount.

This maximum cashout limit shall continue to apply to funds originating from a bonus even after they have been converted into the player's real-money balance and regardless of any subsequent gameplay.

Any amount exceeding the applicable maximum cashout limit may be forfeited upon withdrawal.

Unless the terms of a specific free spins offer provide a different limit, the maximum amount payable from a free spins bonus is:

• EUR 100 for accounts operated in euros; or
• GBP 100 for accounts operated in pounds sterling.

Any winnings above the applicable maximum may be removed when a withdrawal is reviewed or processed.

Funds derived from free spins remain subject to this maximum winnings rule until the related withdrawal has been approved and completed.

A player may cancel an active bonus without losing their own deposited funds only before placing the first bet connected to that bonus.

Once the first bet has been placed, the bonus may no longer be cancelled at the player's request and the applicable wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

Where cancellation is available, the bonus funds will be removed and any remaining eligible real-money funds will stay in the player's account.

Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time unless expressly permitted by the rules of a particular promotion.

Deposit bonuses cannot be combined, stacked or activated simultaneously.

A player is not required to accept a bonus and may choose to play only with real-money funds.

A player may also ask Customer Support to exclude their account from receiving selected or all promotional offers.

A player must not delay, postpone or leave unfinished any game round, free spins feature, bonus feature or similar game function with the intention of completing it after:

• the wagering requirement has been completed;
• the active bonus has been cancelled, forfeited or lost;
• the bonus funds have been converted into real-money funds; or
• a new deposit has been made.

A player must not make additional deposits while leaving bonus rounds, free spins or bonus features unfinished for later completion.

Winnings obtained through delayed or postponed rounds may be voided.

Not every game contributes equally toward completing bonus wagering requirements.

Unless stated otherwise, games included in the Bonus Wagering category contribute one hundred percent (100%) of the qualifying bet amount toward the wagering requirement.

Other games may contribute at a reduced percentage or may not contribute at all. The contribution rules displayed on the Website or in the relevant bonus conditions shall apply.

Bets placed on excluded games may not count toward wagering and may result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled where the applicable rules prohibit such play.

Withdrawals containing funds generated through a bonus are subject to review before payment is approved.

As part of this review, the Casino may examine:

• compliance with the applicable wagering requirements;
• maximum bet restrictions;
• game contribution rules;
• Maximum Win and Maximum Cashout limits;
• account, device and payment-method links;
• gameplay patterns and potential bonus abuse;
• the identity of the player and ownership of the payment method.

The Casino may request identity documents, proof of address, payment-method evidence or other information needed to confirm the player's personal and payment details.

A withdrawal may remain pending until the requested verification has been completed.

A player must not use bonus funds solely to build, collect, unlock or advance a game feature and then complete or release that feature using real-money funds after the bonus has:

• been lost;
• been forfeited;
• been cancelled;
• expired;
• completed its wagering requirement; or
• been converted into the player's real-money balance.

This includes, for example, using bonus or cash funds to collect nine (9) out of ten (10) required symbols, coins or stages and then collecting the final required item after the promotional conditions no longer apply.

Where a game feature has been accumulated or progressed in this manner, winnings resulting from the completion or release of that feature may be treated as invalid and removed from the account.

If the Casino reasonably determines that a bonus, related winnings or other account funds were obtained through fraud, dishonesty, technical exploitation, duplicate accounts, prohibited gameplay, bonus abuse or another breach of these Terms, the Casino may take any action reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the promotion.

Such action may include:

• cancelling the bonus;
• voiding winnings generated in connection with the breach;
• removing funds directly associated with fraudulent or abusive activity;
• restricting access to future promotions;
• suspending the account while the matter is investigated;
• closing the account where the breach is serious or repeated.

The Casino will not confiscate unrelated verified real-money funds unless there is a lawful basis to do so or those funds are directly connected with fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity.

The Casino may amend, replace or supplement these General Bonus Terms and the rules of individual promotions at any time.

Updated terms will become effective when published on the Website unless a later effective date is specified.

Changes will not ordinarily affect a bonus that has already been activated, except where an amendment is required to correct an obvious error, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal or regulatory requirements, or address circumstances that could not reasonably have been anticipated.

These General Bonus Terms may be made available in several languages for convenience.

If there is any inconsistency, ambiguity or difference in interpretation between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
